What We Do
Sean Nouvel, a veteran of the United States Marine Corps, is the founder and owner of DIECK, a SDVOSB registered in the Commonwealth of Virginia, specializing in program management, logistics, acquisition and business execution. Sean brings experience gained through defense contractor work and experience working for the federal government. Prior to launching DIECK, Sean became a founder/principal of a successful second-generation commercial satellite communications business, Telecom International, LLC (TI). TI specializes in commercial satellite communications solutions to government agencies including Defense, Energy, and Treasury. TI provides ongoing COMSATCOM support to Airborne, Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (AISR) programs and other mission critical programs in support of the US Government. Sean is committed to providing not only technical excellence and outcomes but is acutely focused on the individual needs of customers and quickly integrates with their teams to achieve optimal results.
Our Story
DIECK Legacy
Dieck is the surname of retired Colonel Peter and Lydia Dieck who are my uncle and aunt. Peter F. Dieck emigrated from Germany in 1955 and retired from the US Army Signal Corps as a Colonel and a Vietnam veteran. Upon retirement from the Army he founded his own telecommunications company and operated it successfully for 30 years before retiring once again. He set out to live and embody the American dream through hard work, sacrifice, and an unwavering can-do attitude with unmatched resiliency, and personal discipline. This company was created in the image and honor of its founder’s beloved aunt and uncle. DIECK embodies values and traits demonstrated by them personally, professionally and philanthropically – authenticity, generosity, integrity, honesty, loyalty and a commitment to lifelong learning.
